摘要
龙桥铁矿一期工程主要采用无底柱分段崩落采矿法开采,生产中严格执行“定量有序二段控制”的出矿原则,暂留矿石作覆盖层和顶板岩石自然冒落相结合的工艺方法,达到了降低采矿贫化率、安全生产及处理空区的目的。利用地表钻孔和设备定期对采空区及覆盖层厚度进行监测,为采空区管理、放矿管理、损失贫化管理提供依据。
The sublevel caving without pillars is adopted for the phaseⅠworks of Longqiao iron ore mine,the ratio of ore withdrawal tonnage to blasting tonnage is strictly controlled at the blasting and withdrawal stages,so that the ore is temporarily left as covering layer and roof rock is naturally caved,the ore dilution ratio is reduced,safe production maintained and voids are treated.The surface boreholes and certain equipment are used to monitor voids and covering layer periodically,which provide data basis for voids,ore withdrawal and loss dilution management.
