摘要
8100回采工作面前方开采时遇X1陷落柱,采用超前注浆加固陷落柱及边界两侧的煤岩体,并详细对注浆加固参数进行设计。现场应用表明,通过注浆加固面,在推进过陷落柱时煤、岩体稳定,未发生顶板冒落、煤壁片帮等问题,确保了工作面生产安全。
X1 collapse column encountered in front of 8100 mining face,reinforcing subsided column and coal and rock mass on both sides of the boundary by advanced grouting,the parameters of grouting reinforcement are designed in detail.Field application shows that,the working face is reinforced by grouting,coal and rock mass are stable when pushing through collapse column,there is no roof falling and coal wall spalling,the safety of working face is ensured.
