摘要
起重机在革运重物过程中,因起升机构电动机失控,导致重物做自由落体运动,最易引发重大事故。为了避免此类事故发生,起升机构中安装超速保护装置来保证安全运行,一直以来采用传统的检验方法只能验证超速保护装置是否能够工作,但是不能对动作准确性做出正确判断。采用激光测速技术能够对超速保护装置的动作速度进行准确测量,以此来判断是否符合特种设备安全技术规定的要求,具有一定的指导作用。
In the process of lifting heavy objects,the lifting mechanism motor is out of control,causing the heavy objects to do free fall downward movement,the most likely to cause major accidents,resulting in property losses and casualties.In order to avoid such accidents,overspeed protection device is installed in the hoisting mechanism to ensure the safety of heavy objects.Traditional inspection methods have been used to verify whether the overspeed protection device can work,but cannot make a correct judgment on the accuracy of the operation.The laser speed measuring technology can accurately measure the speed of the overspeed protection device,so as to judge whether it conforms to the requirements of the special equipment safety technology.
