大型游乐设施安全压杠腐蚀性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 本文通过对安全压杠腐蚀现状的研究,探讨了安全压杠的腐蚀机理,提出对于在用大型游乐设施,应加强安全压杠的日常维护保养和定期检查。对于新设计的大型游乐设施,建议从安全压杠管材料选用,结构设计、表面处理工艺、使用环境条件等方面综合考虑,提高安全压杠的耐腐蚀性能。 Aiming at research on the current situation of the large-scale amusement device safety bar,the essay discusses the corrosion mechanism of the safety bar,it is concluded that for in-service large-scale amusement device,it is necessary to strengthen daily maintenance and carry out regular checking.For the new large-scale amusement device,it puts forward many ways to improve the anti-corrosion performance,such as selecting good quality materials for safety bar,optimizing structural design and surface treatment process,improving environmental conditions etc.
