疫情防控期间医学院校留校研究生心理健康状况调查及应对策略分析

Investigation and countermeasures of psychological health of staying-on-campus medical postgraduates during COVID-19

新冠肺炎疫情防控期间,高等院校执行延迟开学的规定。由于医学院校教学和培养进程的特殊性,有较多数量的研究生在疫情期间留在了校内居住,根据疫情防控的整体要求,学生们只能在校园内活动,时间和范围也比平日增加很多限制,在此期间,留校学生的身心健康情况应引起学校管理者的重视。以北京中医药大学为例,通过线上问卷及电话访谈,对留校268名研究生心理健康状况进行全覆盖调查,电话访谈其中学生45名,结果显示,目前留校研究生心理健康状况总体良好,但仍有少数学生出现了不同程度的焦虑、抑郁症状,学校通过开展线上个体咨询、团体辅导,发挥导师作用跟进指导,开设线上课程,实施学生晨间健体计划,组织"岐黄心语"线上活动等多种途径,进一步缓解学生负面情绪,提升其心理健康水平。

During COVID-19,colleges and universities have to delay the opening of school,however,quite a number of medical postgraduates have to study and work on campus due to the particularity of teaching and training of medical schools.According to the overall requirements of epidemic prevention and control,students can only move around on campus with stricter restrictions on time and movement area.In this case,schools have to attach great importance to these students’physical and psychological health.Taking Beijing University of Chinese Medicine as an example,the school conducted an online questionnaire and telephone interviews to investigate the physical and psychological conditions of 268 postgraduates on campus.We collected 268 valid questionnaires and interviewed 45 graduate students.The findings show that postgraduates’psychological health is generally good,yet a small number of students manifest different degrees of anxiety and depression.The school has taken the following countermeasures to alleviate the negative emotions and improve their psychological health:providing online counselling for each postgraduate;offering guidance in group;reinforcing mentor’s guidance and supervision;offering online courses;implementing morning fitness programs;and organizing Qihuang online activities.
