在新冠肺炎疫情全球蔓延、中美经贸摩擦加剧、全球经济出现衰退等因素的影响下,我国吸收外资面临严峻复杂的困难和挑战。为此,我国政府着眼于国际国内环境,相继出台了一系列短期和中长期稳外资政策措施。总体来看,我国稳外资政策效果显著,吸收外资规模企稳向好。在后疫情时代,我国应从短期和中长期策略层面继续深入推进稳外资政策措施,支持和引导外商投资企业持续在华经营。

Under the influence of factors such as the global spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, the intensification of SinoUS economic and trade frictions, and the general recession of the global economy, China is facing severe and complex difficulties and challenges in attracting foreign investment. Chinese government has focused on the international and domestic environment, successively introduced a series of short-term and medium-and long-term policies of stabilizing foreign investment. In general, those policies have achieved significant results, and the scale of foreign investment absorption has stabilized and improved. In the post-pandemic era, China should continue to promote the polices of stabilizing foreign investment, and provide the support and guidance for foreign enterprises doing business in China.
