国内班组建设标准现状、问题及标准框架规划研究

Research on Current Situation Problems and Standard Framework Planning of Team Construction Standards in China

班组,是企业经营的基本单位,是企业生产与管理的基石。班组建设的标准化对企业管理精细化具有重要作用。然而国内班组建设起步较晚,存在系统性不足、适用性不强、创新性缺乏等问题。文中系统分析和评价了国内外班组建设标准的研究现状,及国内班组标准建设现状与存在的问题,提出了班组建设框架性规划的解决方案,为未来班组标准制定提供建议。

Team is the basic unit of enterprise management and the cornerstone of enterprise production and management.The standardization of team construction plays an important role in the refinement of enterprise management.However,the domestic team construction started late,and there are some problems such as lack of systematicness,weak applicability and lack of innovation.This paper systematically analyzes and evaluates the research status of team construction standards domestically and abroad,as well as the current situation and existing problems of team construction standards domestically and abroad,and puts forward a solution of team construction framework planning,which can guide the formulation of team standards in the future.
