中医情志和优质护理对桡骨骨折患者生活质量的改善效果

Efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine emotional and high-quality nursing on improving life quality of patients with radial fracture

目的探讨桡骨骨折患者实施中医情志和优质护理对改善生活质量的影响。方法随机选取我院2018年1月~2019年12月桡骨骨折患者80例作为本研究对象,分为对照组与观察组,每组各40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施中医情志和优质护理。比较两组患者生活质量、并发症发生率和满意度。结果观察组比较生理功能、心理功能及社会功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率为7.50%,低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总满意度为75.00%,对照组为37.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对桡骨骨折患者实施中医情志和优质护理临床效果显著,有利于提高生活质量,减少并发症,预后较好。

Objective To explore the impacts of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)emotional and high-quality nursing on improving the life quality of patients with radial fracture.Methods A total of 80 patients with radial fracture admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into the control group(n=40)and the observation group(n=40).The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given TCM emotional and high-quality nursing.The life quality,incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of physiological function,psychological function and social function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of total complications was 7.50%in the observation group and 20.00%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 75.00%,higher than 37.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM emotional and high-quality nursing for radial fracture patients can significantly improve their life quality,reduce the incidence of complications with a better prognosis.
