左氧氟沙星联合胰岛素泵对2型糖尿病合并肺部感染患者氧合指数的影响

Effect of levofloxacin combined with insulin pump on oxygenation index in patients with type 2 diabetes and pulmonary infection

目的探讨左氧氟沙星联合胰岛素泵对2型糖尿病合并肺部感染患者氧合指数的影响。方法选择2015年1月~2019年1月在我院接受治疗的100例2型糖尿病合并肺部感染患者作为研究对象,将其均分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组采用头孢噻肟钠联合胰岛素泵进行治疗,观察组采用左氧氟沙星联合胰岛素泵进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗后临床效果、治疗前后血氧指标变化情况。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组;观察组PaO2低于对照组、OI指标高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用左氧氟沙星联合胰岛素泵治疗2型糖尿病合并肺部感染效果显著,可显著改善肺部炎症,改善氧合指数。

Objective To explore the effect of levofloxacin combined with insulin pump on the oxygenation index of patients with type 2 diabetes and pulmonary infection.Methods A total of 100 patients with type 2 diabetes complicated by pulmonary infection in the First People's Hospital of Jiujiang from January 2015 to January 2019 were selected as the subject objects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cefotaxime sodium combined with insulin pump.The observation group was treated with levofloxacin combined with insulin pump.The clinical efficacy and changes of blood oxygen indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups of patients.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.PaO2 of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the OI index of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of levofloxacin combined with insulin pump in the treatment of type 2 diabetes combined with pulmonary infection has a significant effect,which can significantly improve lung inflammation and oxygenation index.
