摘要 目的研究并行采集对BOLD序列信噪比的影响。方法2020年5~6月向社会征集30名适合磁共振检查的健康志愿者,随机分为两组,每组各15名。利用3.0T MR进行BOLD数据采集。在其他参数固定的情况下,分别打开及关闭并行采集技术,得到两组BOLD数据,将数据进行MATLAB分析。结果在加速因子为2的情况下,并行采集对BOLD信号产生显著影响,信噪比下降24.4%,差异有统计学意义。并行采集的先后顺序,不会对扫描信噪比产生影响,差异无统计学意义。结论在加速因子固定的情况下,进行BOLD扫描时,应充分考虑并行采集对信噪比产生的影响。 Objective To study the effect of parallel acquisition on the signal-to-noise ratio of BOLD sequence.Methods From May to June 2020,30 healthy volunteers suitable for MRI examination were recruited from the society,and were randomly divided into two groups(15 cases in each group).3.0T MR was carried out for BOLD data collection.When other parameters were fixed,the parallel acquisition technology was switched on and off to obtain two sets of BOLD data.The data were analyzed by MATLAB.Results When the acceleration factor was 2,parallel acquisition showed a significant impact on the BOLD signal,and the signal-to-noise ratio dropped by 24.4%.The difference was statistically significant.The sequence of parallel acquisition did not affect the scanning signal-to-noise ratio,and the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion When the acceleration factor is fixed,the impact of parallel acquisition on the signal-to-noise ratio should be fully considered when performing BOLD scanning.
