中药止泻散穴位贴敷配合手法推拿治疗小儿泄泻的效果研究

Study on the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Zhixie San acupoint application combined with manual massage on diarrhea in children

目的研究中药止泻散穴位贴敷配合手法推拿治疗小儿泄泻的效果。方法收集2016年1月~2017年6月在我院和合作单位就诊的符合标准的患者118例进行编号。根据随机数表生成的随机数的秩序,分为治疗组(n=59)和对照组(n=59)。治疗组采用止泻散穴位贴敷配合手法推拿治疗,对照组采用妈咪爱颗粒剂治疗,对比两组的治疗效果。结果两组脱落例数均为9例(15.25%),两组脱落率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组总有效率为96.00%,明显高于对照组的78.00%(P<0.05)。两组急性病程中的有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在迁延性及慢性病程的疗效比较中,治疗组的总有效率均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。两组患儿治疗前治疗依从性评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后的治疗依从性评分较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后依从性评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组不良反应发生率分别为4.00%与14.00%,治疗组安全性明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药止泻散穴位贴敷联合手法推拿治疗小儿泄泻疗效显著,安全性高,依从性好,可有效减轻患儿痛苦,适合在基层医疗机构应用推广。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Zhixie San acupoint application combined with manual massage on diarrhea in children.Methods A total of 118 patients who met the criteria for consultation in our hospital and partner units from January 2016 to June 2017 were enrolled.According to the order of random numbers generated by the random number table,they were divided into the treatment group(n=59)and the control group(n=59).The treatment group was treated with Zhixie San acupoint application and manual massage.The control group was treated with Mamiai granules.The treatment effect between the two groups was compared.Results The number of shedding cases in the two groups was 9(15.25%).There was no significant difference in the rate of shedding between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than that(78.00%)of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups in the acute course of disease(P>0.05).In the comparison of the efficacy of the prolonged and chronic course,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the pre-treatment compliance score between the two groups(P>0.05).The treatment compliance score after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group had a significantly higher compliance score after treatment than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group and the control group were 4.00%and 14.00%,respectively.And the safety of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine Zhixie San acupoint application combined with manual massage has significant curative effect on children's diarrhea,and has high safety and good compliance.It can effectively alleviate the suffering of children and is suitable for application in primary medical institutions.
