考虑中长期交易与短期调度衔接的风电消纳模型 被引量:19

摘要 由于短期调度对中长期风电合约电量考虑不足,不利于风电的长期规划消纳与实时消纳的有效承接。考虑到中长期市场风电合约量对于风电短期优先调度的要求,以及短期调度对风电合约量有效执行的保障,针对市场与调度的特点,构建了考虑中长期交易与短期调度衔接的两阶段风电消纳模型:第一阶段为基于风电品质分段的月度风火竞价交易模型,通过风电品质分段,充分利用风电各段价值,以此提高交易中风电机组中标率,输出合约电量,从市场层面促进风电的消纳;第二阶段为考虑合约电量分解的短期多目标优化调度模型,通过优化各目标,协调竞价机组和非竞价机组的出力,提高风电的实时消纳,从调度层面促进风电的消纳。最后通过算例分析验证了所提模型的有效性和实用性。 Since short-term dispatch does not take into account the medium and long-term contract volume of wind power,it is not conducive to the effective connection of long-term scheduling and real-time consumption of wind power.Taking into account the requirements of medium and long-term contract wind power for short-term priority dispatch as well as the guarantee of effective execution of wind power contract volume by short-term dispatch,according to the characteristics of market and dispatch,a two-stage wind power accommodation model is constructed considering the connection of medium and long-term transaction and short-term dispatch.In the first stage,a monthly wind and fire bidding trading model based on wind power quality segmentation is established.Through wind power quality segmentation,the value of the wind power in each segment is fully utilized,thereby increasing the bidding rate of wind turbines in the transaction,outputting contract power,and promoting wind power accommodation at the market level.In the second stage,a short-term multi-objective optimization scheduling model that considers the contract power decomposition is constructed.By optimizing each target,coordinating the outputs of the bidding and non-bidding units,the real-time wind power consumption is improved,and the wind power accommodation at the dispatch level is promoted.The analysis of a numerical example verifies the validity and practicability of the proposed model,and the wind power consumption rate will be effectively improved by using the model.
