城市配电网正常运行约束安全域及最大供电能力的网络流本质 被引量:13

摘要 揭示了城市配电网正常运行约束下安全域(distribution systemsecurityregion,DSSR)及最大供电能力(totalsupply capability,TSC)的网络流本质。首先,从配电网结构和潮流角度分析配电网与多源多汇网络的对应关系。其次,分别给出了正常运行约束下DSSR、TSC、安全边界以及网络可行流、最大流与堵塞流的相关概念及数学模型,对比分析了其解析式的异同,从而揭示正常运行约束下DSSR及TSC的网络流本质。最后进行了算例验证,并给出将网络流方法应用于配电网分析的示例。得到如下结论:正常运行约束下DSSR与可行流的解析式等价、正常运行约束下严格边界与堵塞流的解析式等价、正常运行约束下TSC与最大流等价。该文工作能帮助研究者更深入了解配电网安全域及最大供电能力的本质,为下一步将2个领域方法的交叉应用奠定了基础。 This paper reveals the nature of the network flow in the distribution system security region(DSSR)and total supply capability(TSC)of the urban distribution network under normal operation constraints.Firstly,from the perspective of the distribution network structure and power flow,the corresponding relationship between the distribution network and the multi-source multi-sink network is analyzed.Secondly,the relevant concepts and mathematical models of DSSR,TSC,security boundary,as well as feasible flow,maximum flow and blocking flow are given respectively under normal operation constraints,and their similarities and differences in analytical forms are compared and analyzed,so that the network flow nature of DSSR and TSC under normal operation constraints is revealed.Finally,a case study and an example of applying network flow method to distribution network analysis are givenand the following conclusions are drawn:Under the normal operation constraints,DSSR is equivalent to the analytic formula of feasible flow,the strict boundary to the analytic formula of blocking flow,and TSC to the maximum flow.The study in this paper can help the researchers to have a deeper understanding of the nature of the security region and the total supply capability of the distribution network,and lay a foundation for cross application of the two field methods in the next step.
