荀子教化思想对当代大学生的德育价值

On the Value of Xuncius's Educational Thought to Contemporary College Students'Moral Education

习近平总书记在党的十九大报告中要求,高校思想教育要培养德智体美全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。荀子作为先秦时期著名的思想家之一、先秦儒家的集大成者,他以人性本恶为基础提出了他的道德教育主张,礼义法度是其核心内容,在礼法关系上主张礼法并施。由于人性可以在后天环境的影响下发生转变,荀子试图通过君主的治理、礼的规范、法的约束、刑罚的惩戒这四种外部力量“化性起伪”来成就理想人格,实现圣人之治。荀子的道德教化对当代大学生的德育工作具有重要的启示,为培育大学生良好的道德行为提供了重要的借鉴。

In the reporta of the 19th National Coagress of the Communist Party of China,general secretary Xi Jinping called for ideological education in Colleges and universities to cultivate socialist builders and successors in all aspects of moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetic development.Xuncius,as one of the famous thinkers in the pre-Qin Period and the integrator of Confucianism in the pre-Qin Period,put forward his moral education proposition based on the evil nature of human nature.The ritual justice and law degree are the core content of Xuncius,and he advocated the combination of ritual and law in the relationship between ritual and law.Because human nature can be changed under the influence of the acquired environment,Xuncius tried to achieve the ideal personality and realize the governance of saints through four external forces,namely,the governance of monarch,the regulation of rites,the restriction of law and the penalty of punishment.Xuncius's moral education has an important enlightenment on the moral education of contemporary college students,and provides an important reference for cultivating good moral behavior of college students.
