摘要
针对永磁同步电机(PMSM)低速段无传感器位置检测技术中,高频电压注入法有两种,一个是高频旋转电压注入法,另外一个是高频脉振电压注入法。在电机模型高频信号的基础上分别对这两种高频电压注入法进行理论推导,并在Matlab/Simulink仿真环境中对这两种高频电压注入法进行仿真对比,通过仿真结果与理论的结合分析最终得出结论:高频脉振电压注入法和高频旋转电压注入法这两种方法都能够对电机的转子位置进行实时有效的估计,不同的是,高频脉振注入法位置估计稳态精度高,转矩波动小,而高频旋转电压注入法的系统稳定性强、参数整定容易并且动态响应波动小,两种方法各具优点。
For the sensorless position detection technology of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)in low-speed segment,there are two high-frequency voltage injection methods,one is high-frequency rotation voltage injection method,and the other is high-frequency pulse vibration voltage injection method.The two kinds of high-frequency voltage injection methods are respectively deduced on the basis of high-frequency signal of the motor model,and are simulated and compared in Matlab/Simulink simulation environment.The conclusion is finally drawn by combining the simulation result and theoretical analysis that both the high-frequency pulse vibration voltage injection method and the high-frequency rotation voltage injection method can effectively estimate rotor position of the motor in real time.The difference of them is the former has the advantages of high steady-state accuracy and small torque fluctuation in position estimation,and the latter has the advantages of strong system stability,easy parameter tuning and small dynamic response fluctuation.Both the methods have their own advantages.
