摘要
通过恒压频比的方法对电机进行调速,模拟风机水泵类负载在低频下的运行状况,根据电机不同变频范围做出的温升试验结果,与理论计算进行分析、对比,得出变频电机(当负载为风机、水泵类),在不同变频范围下,最合理的冷却匹配方式。
The speed of motor is adjusted through the method of constant voltage-frequency ratio to simulate the operation condition of draught fan or water pump load at low frequency.According to the analysis and comparison of temperature-rise test result of motor in different frequency range with theoretical calculation result,the most reasonable cooling method of variablefrequency motor(loaded with draught fan or water pump)in different frequency range is obtained.
