摘要
氢冷发电机一般采用压力油来密封氢气,重载卧式转子轴承密封瓦一般采用浮动结构,材质为铜,原理是在转轴与轴承座之间放入一个圆环,再向环形小槽内注入高于氢气压力的压力油,压力油同时流向电机机座内和机座外,从而将氢气封在电机定子内,当冷却油路不畅等因素导致密封瓦温度偏高,这样就导致热应力和热应变超出允许范围。采用弹性力学理论,求解轴承密封瓦应力和变形,为密封瓦结构设计提供理论依据。
Hydrogen-cooled generators generally use pressure oil to seal hydrogen gas.The bearing sealing bush of heavy-load horizontal rotor generally adopts the floating structure,its material is copper,its principle is to place a ring between the shaft and the bearing support and then inject pressure oil,the pressure of which is higher than hydrogen pressure,into a small ring tank.The pressure oil simultaneously flows to the stator frame inside and outside,so as to seal the hydrogen gas inside the motor.When the unsmooth cooling oil way and other factors lead to high temperature of the sealing bearing bush,the values of thermal stress and thermal strain will exceed the promised range.The theory of elastic mechanics is used to solve the stress and deformation problems of bearing sealing bush,which provides a theoretical basis for the structural design of the bearing sealing bush.
