新时代高职院校辅导员思政工作路径探析——基于“三全育人”理念的思考

Research on the Path of Ideological and Political Education of Higher Vocational College Counselors in the New Era--under the"Three-pronged"Comprehensive Education

辅导员作为思政教育的一线工作者,对于高校实现全员全过程全方位育人意义重大。现结合高职院校工作实际,以“三全育人”为指导,从成长成人成才一体化目标出发,提出新时代辅导员思政工作的“四联六进六导”要求,并探索了“一个中心、双线并行、三个抓手、四大阵地、五个节点”的“一二三四五”的具体工作路径。

As frontline workers of ideological and political education,counselors are of great significance to the realization of the"three-pronged"comprehensive education of colleges and universities in the new era.Now combined with the actual work of higher vocational colleges and the guidance of the"three-pronged"comprehensive education,as well as according to the goal of adult integration,putting forward the requests called"four links,six entries and six guides"and exploring the path named"a center,parallel lines,three grippers,four positions,and five nodes"in ideological and political education.
