“一带一路”倡议的实施,正对世界政治、经济、文化格局的重塑产生着巨大的影响。在20多年举国努力之下,“西部大开发”政策的实施使得西部地区的发展取得了历史飞跃,当然快速发展背后仍旧存在发展中不平衡、不充分,东西部地区发展差距依旧很大等问题。因此西部地区要积极参与“一带一路”建设,不断扩大与“一带一路”沿边国家的经济合作,形成开放型经济。

The implementation of the "Belt and Road"initiative is profoundly changing the world development pattern and reshaping the development pattern of western China.In the past 20 years or so,the implementation of the"Western Development"policy has made historic achievements.There are also problems such as imbalance and insufficiency in development,and the widening gap in development between the east and the west.Therefore,the western region must actively participate in the construction of the“Belt and Road”and continuously expand economic cooperation with countries along the“Belt and Road”to form an open economy.
