摘要
塔城市作为边境少数民族地区,在实现包括边境村在内的劳动力转移就业方面取得了不小成绩,同时,也存在就业稳定性差、组织化程度差、技术层次低、被迫转移等突出问题,是故,必须从转变思想观念,推进供给侧结构性改革,加强技能培训,落实基层党建等方面入手,实现塔城市边境村劳动力转移就业大跃升,最大限度改善和提高群众生活。
Tacheng,as a border minority area,we have made great achievements in the transfer of labor force including border villages,at the same time,there are also outstanding problems such as poor employment stability,poor organization,low technology level and forced transfer,so,we must change our ideas,we will promote supply side structural reform,strengthen skills training,starting from the implementation of Party building at the grass-roots level,realize the great leap of labor force transfer and employment in border villages of Tacheng City,we will try our best to improve and improve the lives of the masses.
