塔城市作为边境少数民族地区,在实现包括边境村在内的劳动力转移就业方面取得了不小成绩,同时,也存在就业稳定性差、组织化程度差、技术层次低、被迫转移等突出问题,是故,必须从转变思想观念,推进供给侧结构性改革,加强技能培训,落实基层党建等方面入手,实现塔城市边境村劳动力转移就业大跃升,最大限度改善和提高群众生活。
