摘要 针对共享单车企业服务体系迅速扩张过程中出现的"损坏严重""无车可借"以及"调度不及时"等一系列问题,在现有共享单车企业管理的基础上提出并研发实现了基于GIS的共享单车管理系统。针对用户需求,结合Web GIS强大的空间表现力,完成了共享单车管理系统的总体框架设计、研发与实现,并进行了实践应用。结果表明:该系统能够对共享单车管理人员进行实时统计监控和调度,能够帮助管理人员更直观地获得单车相关的实时数据,从而提高了管理人员的工作效率与共享单车的利用率,使得共享单车的管理更加系统化与自动化。 In view of a series of problems such as serious damage,non-available service,non-timely dispatching in the process of the rapid expansion of the service system of bike-sharing enterprises,a bike-sharing management system based on GIS is proposed and developed on the basis of the existing management of bike-sharing enterprises.In view of the user’s demand,the overall framework design,research,and development,and implementation of the bike-sharing management system are completed in combination with the powerful spatial expressiveness of the Web GIS,and the practical application is carried out.The results show that the system can monitor and dispatch the bike-sharing managers in real time,and can help the staff to obtain the real-time data related to the bicycle more intuitively,thus to improve the working efficiency of the managers and the utilization rate of the bikes,and make the management more systematic and automatic.
