摘要
在参考环保部生态环境状况评价技术规范的基础上,结合1∶2000 DLG数据分类属性内容,构建了一套生态环境状况评价的技术体系指标与方法,对湖南湘江新区的生态环境进行评价分析。分析结果表明,新区各县区在生态资源禀赋、生态保护基础设施配套水平、生态环境保护及改善水平、生态经济效益等方面存在明显的差异。该研究方法与评价指标体系可以为分析新区生态环境变化驱动因素,以及新区未来的发展规划和生态环境保护提供理论决策依据。
Based on the technical specifications of the ecological environment assessment of the ministry of environmental protection,this paper constructs a set of technical system indicators and methods for assessing the ecological environment status based on the 1∶2000 scale basic geographic information data classification attribute contents,and carries out the ecological environment evaluation and analysis of Hu’nan Xiangjiang new district.The evaluation analysis shows that the counties and districts in the new district have obvious differences in terms of ecological resource endowment,ecological protection infrastructure supporting level,ecological environmental protection and improvement level,and ecological economic benefits.The research method and evaluation index system can provide theoretical decision-making basis for analyzing the driving factors of ecological environment change in the new area,the future development planning,and ecological environment protection of the new area.
