农村不动产权籍调查的方法研究与应用

Research and Application of Methods for Investigation of Rural Real Property Rights

为提高农村不动产权籍调查工作的效率,减少人工作业工作量,针对不动产权籍调查的重点、难点进行分析,研究不动产权籍调查的关键技术方法,提出建立标准化、信息化、内外业一体化的作业技术流程,以诸暨市农村宅基地及房屋权籍项目为例,检验了该方案的可靠性。结果表明:文章提出的技术方法简化了作业流程、提高了作业效率,有助于更好地推动不动产权籍调查的开展。

In order to improve the efficiency and reduce the labor work in the investigation of the immovable property rights in rural areas.This paper focus on its important and difficult parts,research on the key technical methods of the investigation of immovable property rights,and the establishment of standardization,informationization,internal and external integrated operation technology process is proposed.Taking Zhuji as an example,investigating its rural homesteads and housing ownership,the reliability of the program is tested.The results show that the technical method proposed in this paper simplifies the operation process,improves the work efficiency,and helps to promote the development of immovable property rights investigations.
