Thoughts on the Construction of the New Basic Surveying and Mapping System

基础测绘是经济社会发展和国防建设的基础型工作,是测绘地理信息的立业之基。近年来,随着我国经济发展方式的战略转型、总体国家安全观的提出、经济全球化和资源全球化以及全国国土测绘系统融入自然资源管理格局中,都对基础测绘提出了新的要求。本文就新型基础测绘建设的重要性、现状以及未来做法进行了探究,并提出了新型基础测绘建设发展的思路及建议。

Basic surveying and mapping is the basic work of economic and social development and national defense construction.It is also the foundation of surveying,mapping and geographic information business.In recent years,with the strategic transformation of economic development mode in China,the proposal of the overall concept of national security,economy and resource globalization,and the integration of the national land surveying and mapping system into the natural resource management system,new requirements have been put forward for basic surveying and mapping.This paper explores the importance,current situation,and future practice of the new basic surveying and mapping construction.It also provides ideas and suggestions for the development of the new basic surveying and mapping construction.
