风湿性二尖瓣修复——中国应有的担当 被引量：1

Rheumatic mitral valve repair——responsibility of China

摘要 根据2015年《The New England Journal of Medicine》的报道,中国风湿性瓣膜病在全球风湿性瓣膜病高发病国家中位列第2(前3名均为亚洲国家)。据北京安贞医院心脏瓣膜外科诊疗中心近3年的统计,风湿性二尖瓣患者占每年二尖瓣病变手术患者约40%。中国现有风湿性瓣膜病患者预估在700万例以上,假设心脏瓣膜病二尖瓣病变通常规律占瓣膜病变的70%左右,则风湿性二尖瓣在我国有近500万例患者。
