生物力学评估胸主动脉瘤风险特征的研究进展

摘要 胸主动脉瘤(thoracic aortic aneurysm,TAA)破裂及夹层风险的临床评估仅依赖于对最大径和最大扩张率的测量可能会忽略血管异质性在评估灾难性并发症发生风险中的作用。生物力学则有助于以更精准的方式来评估TAA的风险性。本文对近年来生物力学评估TAA风险性的研究进展作一综述。 The clinical assessment of the risk of rupture and dissection of thoracic aortic aneurysm(TAA)is mainly dependent on the measurement of the maximum diameter and growth rate of the aneurysm itself.The use of aortic size alone may ignore the role of vascular heterogeneity in assessing the risk of catastrophic complications.Biomechanics could help predict the risk of TAA in a more sophisticated way.In this paper,we reviewed the latest advances in biomechanical assessment of risk characteristics of TAA.
