孟鲁司特、雪梨糖浆联合槐杞黄颗粒治疗对小儿变异性哮喘患者免疫功能的影响

Effect of montelukast and snow pear syrup combined with Huaiqihuang granules on the immune function in children with cough variant asthma

目的探讨小儿变异性哮喘采取槐杞黄颗粒与孟鲁司特、雪梨糖浆联合治疗对患儿免疫功能的影响。方法本次120例研究对象是2018年10月至2019年10月期间来本院就诊的变异性哮喘患儿,以系统抽样法为标准1:1:1分组,每组40例。A组给予雪梨糖浆联合槐杞黄颗粒治疗,B组给予孟鲁司特联合槐杞黄颗粒治疗,C组采取槐杞黄颗粒联合孟鲁司特、雪梨糖浆治疗。比较3组患儿免疫功能指标、细胞因子水平及治疗总有效率。结果治疗前,3组患儿CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+对比,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗后,C组患儿CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+明显优于A组、B组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗前,3组患儿白介素-4、γ-干扰素对比,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗后,C组患儿白介素-4、γ-干扰素均低于A组、B组(均P<0.05)。在治疗总有效率方面,C组显著高于A组、B组,分别为97.50%、77.50%及82.50%(P<0.05)。3组患儿在治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应(P>0.05)。结论小儿变异性哮喘采取槐杞黄颗粒联合孟鲁司特、雪梨糖浆治疗,具有显著的治疗效果,有利于改善患儿肺功能,缓解患儿咳嗽症状,提升患儿免疫力,较为安全可靠,有临床实践价值。但是槐杞黄颗粒因是中成药颗粒,患儿服药依从性低于孟鲁司特、雪梨糖浆,需依照患儿实际情况选择对症治疗方案。

Objective To investigate the effect of combined treatment of Huaiqihuang granules,montelukast,and snow pear syrup on the immune function in children with cough variant asthma.Methods This study included 120 patients with cough variant asthma who came to our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019,and were divided into three groups with the systematic sampling method,40 cases in each group.Group A was treated with snow pear syrup combined with Huaiqihuang granules,group B was treated with montelukast combined with Huaiqihuang granules,and group C was treated with Huaiqihuang granules combined with montelukast and snow pear syrup.The immune function indexes,cytokine levels,and total therapeutic efficiency of the three groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in CD4^+,CD8^+,CD4^+/CD8^+among the three groups(all P>0.05);after treatment,CD4^+,CD8^+,and CD4^+/CD8^+in group C were significantly better than those in group A and group B(all P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in interleukin-4 or gamma-interferon among the three groups(all P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of interleukin-4 and gamma-interferon in group C were lower than those in group A and group B(all P<0.05).In terms of total effective rate,group C was significantly higher than group A and group B(97.50%,77.50%,82.50%)(P<0.05).There were no significant adverse reactions during treatment among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The combination of Huaiqihuang granules,montelukast,and snow pear syrup has a significant therapeutic effect for the treatment of children with cough variant asthma,which is beneficial to the improvement of lung function,the relief of cough symptoms,and the improvement of immunity in children.It is relatively safe and reliable,and has clinical practical value.However,Huaiqihuang granules are Chinese patent medicine granules,so the medication compliance of the children is lower than that of montelukast and snow pear syrup,so the symptomatic treatment scheme should be selected according to the actual situation of children.
