摘要
目的通过优化影响门诊输液调配效率的因素,减少患者的输液等候时间,提高患者的服务满意度。方法比较2019年10月和12月两个月,静配中心门诊输液出仓时间的变化情况,以及患者和护士对静配中心服务满意度的改变情况。结果2019年12月与10月相比,门诊输液出仓时间明显下降,护士和患者对静配中心的满意度明显提高。结论本文探讨了影响输液出仓时间的各项因素,优化了门诊输液的调配流程,输液出仓时间是影响护士和患者满意度的一个重要指标。
Objective By optimizing the factors affecting the efficiency of outpatient infusion dispensing,to reduce the waiting time for infusion and improve the service satisfaction.Method PIVAS outpatient infusion waiting time changes,as well as changes of the service satisfaction of patients and nurses on the PIVAS of the two months of October and December in 2019 were compared.Result Compared with October 2019,the time of outpatient infusion dispensing in December 2019 decreased obviously,the satisfaction of nurses and patients on the PIVAS significantly increased.Conclusion The factors affecting the time of infusion dispensing were discussed,the dispensing process of outpatient infusion was optimized.The time of infusion dispensing is an important index of nurses'and patients'satisfaction.
