摘要 面向教育4.0的创新发展,要以教育信息化的创新发展为主要抓手。研究与构建中小学校长信息化领导力框架,则是落实教育信息化2.0和教育4.0全球框架的重要内容。即,中小学信息化创新发展要在教育4.0视域下的信息技术与教学创新整合为核心,协调学校中的信息化元素,从而形成一体化的创新发展新格局。为此,从分析校长领导学校信息化创新发展的行为入手,提出框架结构;结合迭代式中小学校长的半结构调查,完成框架的构建。内容主要包含:创新发展规划者、系统转型推动者、变革教学引领者、主动学习示范者4个维度与20个基本要点。其特色在于:以教育4.0时代学生关键素养的发展为价值诉求,以教育4.0时代信息技术与教学创新整合为核心主线,突出校长赋权意识和功能,将变革能力作为校长信息化领导力的关键成分。 The intelligent era demands the innovative development of education 4.0,and the innovative development of education should focus on the innovative development of education informatization.The development of the information technology leadership framework of primary and secondary school principals is an important part of the implementation of education informatization 2.0 and education 4.0 strategies.It is pointed out that the innovative development of school informatization is centered on the innovative integration of information technology and teaching in education 4.0,coordinating the elements of school informatization,and forming an integrated innovation development pattern.The framework structure is proposed from the analysis of the principal’s leading school informatization behavior,and the framework construction is completed by combining with the iterative semi-structural survey of primary and secondary school principals.This paper proposes an innovative technology leadership framework for primary and secondary school principals,which includes four dimensions of innovation development planner,system transformation promoter,change teaching leader and active learning demonstrator.The characteristics of the framework are:Taking the development of education 4.0 students’key literacy as the value appeal,the innovative integration of information technology and teaching in the era of education 4.0 as the core line,highlighting the sense and function of principals’empowerment,and taking the ability of change as the key component of principals’information technology leadership.
