摘要
以厌氧污泥为种泥 ,采用UASB反应器初步完成了厌氧氨氧化 (ANAMMOX)菌的培养与驯化 .在实验进行的 10 0多天里 ,氨氮和亚硝酸盐氮的去除率最高分别可达70 .9%和 78.6 % ;到实验后期的 4 0天 ,两者的平均去除率分别为 4 0 .6 %和 5 6 .6 % .进水碱度 (以CaCO3计 )以 30 0mg/L较为合适 ,此时 pH值在 7.4~ 8.2之间 ,适合ANAM MOX菌的生长 .另外 ,计算表明 ,正常的ANAMMOX反应应该处于较强的氧化状态 。
The enrichment and cultivation of anaerobic ammonium oxidation (ANAMMOX) biomass using anaerobic sludge as seed were studied in a set of UASB system. During the more than 100 days experiment period of time, the maximal NH + 4_N and NO - 2_N removal efficiencies could reach 70.9% and 78.6%, respectively. In the last 40 days, the average removal efficiencies of NH + 4_N and NO - 2_N were 40.6% and 56.6% respectively. The favorable alkalinity of influent was above 300 mg/L (calculated with CaCO 3), thus, the pH ranged between 7.4~8.2 in the system and proved suitable for the ANAMMOX biomass growing. In addition, theoretical calculation suggested that the normal ANAMMOX reaction should be kept in a relatively strong oxidizing state, which agreed with the experiment observation.
