复合材料表面耐高温涂料的制备及性能研究 被引量:2

Preparation of high-temperature-resistant coating for composite surface and study on its properties

摘要 以有机硅树脂为成膜物,复配无机填料及硅烷偶联剂,通过球磨法制备了一种可耐1100°C的高温涂料。研究了不同ZrO2和玻璃粉用量制备的涂层对陶瓷与环氧树脂基复合材料耐热防护的效果。结果表明,当ZrO2用量为6%,玻璃粉用量为8%时,制备的耐高温涂层经1100°C烘烤2 h后表面仍平整、光滑,而喷涂在环氧树脂基复合材料表面的涂层经1300°C喷灯烧蚀60 s后表面仍完好,起到良好的隔热效果。该涂层在2种基材表面的附着力均达到1级,铅笔硬度达5H。 A coating durable at 1100°C was prepared by ball milling with silicone resin as binder,inorganic fillers,and silane coupling agent.The effects of the contents of ZrO2 and glass powder on heat resistance and protection property of the coating on ceramic or epoxy matrix composite were studied.The results showed that the high-temperature-resistant coating prepared with 6wt.%of ZrO2 and 8wt.%of glass powder on ceramic substrate was still leveled and smooth after being baked at 1100°C for 2 h,while that sprayed on epoxy matrix composite was intact after being ablated at 1300°C for 60 s,showing good heat insulation effectiveness.The coating prepared on both ceramic and epoxy matrix composite had an 1-grade adhesion and a pencil hardness up to 5H.
