摘要
对花生中主要致敏蛋白及其免疫学检测方法进行综述,为花生致敏蛋白检测方法的深入研究提供参考。
The main allergenic proteins and their immunological detection methods in peanut were reviewed,which provided reference for the further study of peanut allergenic protein detection methods.
