新时代乡村教师素养及其养成路径 被引量:3

摘要 时代不断进步,乡村教育环境不断变化,乡村教师的素养也应该不断更新和完善。如今,大数据和“互联网+”以及核心素养教育理论在教育领域掀起了巨大波澜,乡村振兴战略使得乡村教师面临更复杂的工作任务。乡村教师素养包括教育教学素养、社会适应能力和创新研究意识等。乡村教师必须不断丰富自身素养,提高工作岗位胜任力。考虑到乡村教师队伍建设实际,乡村教师素养养成路径有打牢教师职前基础、提升教师培训质量、丰富教育生活实践、继续优化本土培养。
