Performance comparison of cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber in domestic market

选取国内市场中6个不同厂家生产的顺丁橡胶(BR),对其微观结构、分子量及其分布、门尼黏度、硫化特性、物理机械性能和凝胶含量进行了对比。结果表明,中国石油大庆石化公司生产的BR混炼后门尼黏度增值最大,其重均分子量和数均分子量均较大;韩国LG石化公司生产的BR的分子量分布最宽;不同厂家生产的BR的微观结构、硫化特性、物理机械性能和凝胶含量差别不大。

The cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber(BR)produced by 6 different manufacturers in domestic market was selected.The microstructure,molecular weight and its distribution,Mooney viscosity,vulcanization characteristics,physical and mechanical properties and mass fraction of gel of BR were compared.The results showed that the Mooney viscosity increment of BR produced by Daqing Petrochemical Company of PetroChina was the largest after mixing,and its weight-average molecular weight and number-average molecular weight were both large.The molecular weight distribution of BR produced by LG Petrochemical Company in Korea was the widest.The microstructure,vulcanization characteristics,physical and mechanical properties and mass fraction of gel of BR produced by different manufacturers were not very different.
