改性纳米氧化锆对甲基苯基硅橡胶性能的影响 被引量:2

Effects of modified nano zirconia on properties of methylphenyl silicone rubber

摘要 以甲基苯基硅橡胶(MPQ)为基体,硅烷偶联剂改性纳米氧化锆(ZrO 2)为填料,采用机械混合法制备了纳米ZrO 2/MPQ复合材料,研究了纳米ZrO 2质量分数对复合材料光学性能、电性能及热性能的影响。结果表明,随着纳米ZrO 2质量分数的增加,纳米ZrO 2/MPQ复合材料的透光率逐渐降低,体积电阻率先增加后减小,介电常数先降低后增加,介电损耗变化不大,热导率先增加后减小。当纳米ZrO 2质量分数为0.06%时,纳米ZrO 2/MPQ复合材料具有较好的透光率,体积电阻率为1.08×10^12Ω·cm,热导率达到0.399 W/(m·K),同时具有低的介电常数与介电损耗。 The nano zirconia(ZrO2)/methylphenyl silicone rubber(MPQ)composites were prepared by mechanical mixing method using MPQ as matrix and silane coupling agent modified nano ZrO2 as filler.The effects of mass fraction of nano ZrO 2 on the optical,electrical and thermal properties of the composites were studied.The results showed that with the increase of the mass fraction of nano ZrO 2,the transmittance of nano ZrO 2/MPQ composites decreased gradually,the volume resistivity increased first and then decreased,the dielectric constant decreased first and then increased,the dielectric loss changed little,and the thermal conductivity increased first and then decreased.When the mass fraction of nano ZrO 2 was 0.06%,the nano ZrO2/MPQ composites had better transmittance,the volume resistivity was 1.08×10^12Ω·cm,the thermal conductivity was 0.399 W/(m·K).At the same time,the composites had small dielectric constant and dielectric loss.
