摘要
研究了不同季节时天然胶乳的微观结构、粒径及其分布、理化性能和相应天然橡胶的动态力学性能。结果表明,夏季天然胶乳的粒径分布最窄、平均粒径最小,冬季天然胶乳的粒径分布最宽、平均粒径最大;冬季天然胶乳的含氮质量分数最高。不同季节时天然胶乳的主要成分是顺式-聚异戊二烯,但是夏季天然胶乳中还含有少量的反式-聚异戊二烯。夏季天然胶乳在60℃时的损耗因子最小,说明其滚动阻力最小,其次是秋季,冬季天然胶乳的滚动阻力最大;冬季天然胶乳在0℃时的损耗因子最大,说明其抗湿滑性能最好,其次是秋季,夏季天然胶乳的抗湿滑性最差。
The microstructure,particle size and its distribution,physicochemical properties of natural latex and dynamic mechanical properties of corresponding natural rubber in different seasons were studied.The results showed that the particle size distribution of natural latex was the narrowest and the average particle size was the smallest in summer,the particle size distribution of natural latex was the widest and the average particle size was the largest in winter;the mass fraction of nitrogen of natural latex was the largest in winter.The cispolyisoprene was the main component of natural latex in different seasons,but there was a small amount of trans-polyisoprene in summer.The loss factor of natural latex at 60℃in summer was the smallest,which indicated that its rolling resistance was the smallest,followed by autumn,and the rolling resistance of natural latex was the largest in winter.The loss factor of natural latex at 0℃in winter was the largest,which indicated that its wet skid resistance was the best,followed by autumn,and the wet skid resistance of natural latex in summer was the worst.
