The application of management system for scientific research can efficiently organize and control the activities of science and technology,improve capacity of management,enhance scientific research and make sure its development can rapid,healthy and sustainable.China’s agricultural scientific research management has attracted more and more attention from all sectors of society in the new time.To promote the development of China’s agricultural scientific research management is the theme of this work.Therefore,this paper discusses the problems and solutions of the management for agriculture.
