摘要
科技创新体系建设是打造山西省创新生态,提升山西省科技创新能力的重要组成部分。通过分析山西省的科技创新体系建设发展过程中存在的问题及原因,对山西省的科技创新体系建设发展提出了建议,以期为提升山西省科技创新能力提供借鉴。
The construction of scientific and technological innovation system is an important part to build the innovation ecology of Shanxi Province and improve its ability of scientific and technological innovation.By analyzing the problems and causes in the construction and development of the scientific and technological innovation system in Shanxi Province,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the construction and development of the scientific and technological innovation system in Shanxi Province,in order to provide reference for improving the scientific and technological innovation ability of Shanxi Province.
