摘要
以杂交构树叶作为原料,接种复合微生物菌种发酵后,通过测定分析发酵后的构树叶游离蛋白和氨基酸态氮的含量,证实构树叶粗蛋白降解率可达到42.82%,经微生物发酵降解后的构树叶有利于动物的消化吸收,提高构树叶的饲养效率。
Using Hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera leaves as raw material,after fermentation by inoculating compound microorganism,the content of free protein and amino acid nitrogen in fermented Broussonetia papyrifera leaves was determined,and it was proved that the degradation rate of crude protein could reach 42.82%,the fermented and degraded Broussonetia papyrifera leaves were beneficial to the digestion and absorption of animals and the feeding efficiency of Broussonetia papyrifera leaves was improved.
