摘要
以连翘花蕾为主要原料,通过采收、清拣、杀青、低温真空冷冻干燥、蒸汽灭菌、摊晾、护色、烘焙提香等步骤制得连翘花蕾茶,并对其抗氧化活性进行了评价。结果表明:所得连翘花蕾茶形态完整、茶汤清澈、味道醇香,并具有较好的抗氧化功能。
Using forsythia flower bud as the main raw material,forsythia flower bud tea was prepared by harvesting,sorting,killing green,low temperature vacuum freeze drying,steam sterilization,spreading,color protection,baking and so on.And its antioxidant activity was evaluated.The results show that:the forsythia flower bud tea has complete shape,clear tea soup,mellow taste and good antioxidant function.
