基于AHP方法的外协企业维修能力评估研究

根据外协维修企业的保障特点及机动方式,建立了维修能力评估体系,给出各指标的意义及计算方法;采用AHP方法确定评价体系和指标权重,计算外协单位维修保障能力。通过计算,说明模型能够反映企业维修保障能力,计算结果可以为优化企业维修保障路径提供依据,为维修企业的选择提供辅助决策。

Aocording to the safeguard characteristic and the maneuver way of outsourcing enterprise,this paper estab-lishes maintenance ability evaluation system of outsourcing enterprise and gives the significance and calculation method ofeach index,determines the evaluation system and the weight of indicators using AHP method,Calculates maintenance sup-port capability of external cooperation unit.calculation illustrates that the model can reflect the maintenance supporl capa-bility of the enterprise,and the calculation results can provide the basis for optimization of the maintenance and guarantcepath,and also can provide the assistant decision-making for the maintenance enterprise's choice.
