管道三维漏磁检测仿真分析及研究 被引量:8

摘要 为了保证油气输送管道的安全,针对传统管道漏磁检测器灵敏度低、检测精度不高且体积庞大易在管道中发生卡堵的问题,提出设计一种高度集成的管道三维漏磁检测传感器,并分析了漏磁场形成机理和三维漏磁检测原理。在有限元分析软件COMSOL中建立了管道缺陷漏磁检测的三维有限元模型,进行管道缺陷的漏磁场特征仿真分析。结果表明,得到的缺陷漏磁场磁通密度云图与理论分析一致,并且根据所得漏磁信号可以判断出有无缺陷,对缺陷的长度有较高的检测精度,在有缺陷的情况下进一步可以判断该缺陷是内缺陷还是外缺陷。 In order to ensure the safety of oil and gas pipelines,the traditional pipeline magnetic flux leakage detector has low sensitivity,low detection accuracy and large volume,which is prone to jamming in the pipeline,a highly integrated pipeline three-dimensional magnetic flux leakage detection sensor was proposed,and the principle of magnetic flux leakage detection and the formation mechanism of magnetic field leakage were analyzed.In the finite element analysis software COMSOL,a three-dimensional finite element model of pipeline leakage magnetic leakage detection was established,and the leakage magnetic field characteristics of pipeline defects were simulated and analyzed.The results show that the magnetic flux density cloud map of the defect leakage magnetic field is consistent with the theoretical analysis,and the presence or absence of defects can be judged based on the obtained magnetic flux leakage signals,and the length of the defect has a higher detection accuracy,and can be further judged in the case of defects whether the defect is an internal defect or an external defect.
