摘要 为了方便技术人员利用校准组件对DNQ1型前向散射能见度仪进行现场校准,设计了具有校准功能的软件系统,也可用于设备故障检测。利用系统对海南省多个台站的能见度仪进行现场校准,满足了能见度仪校准的功能需求,缩短了现场校准工作时间,校准结果表明校准后信号强度值误差均在±5%范围内。在现场校准中发现能见度仪长期保持干净状态,则信号强度误差保持在±10%内;如果仪器安装在靠近马路等尘埃比较多的位置,则信号强度误差会超过±10%,因此需要经常清洁镜头和校准。 In order to facilitate the technicians to calibrate the DNQ1 forward scattering visibility meter on site by using the calibration components,a software system with calibration function is designed,which can also be used for equipment fault detection.The system is used to calibrate the visibility meter of several stations in Hainan Province,which meets the functional requirements of the visibility meter calibration and shortens the time of on-site calibration.The calibration results show that the error of the signal strength value after calibration is within±5%.During the calibration,it is found that if the visibility meter is kept clean for a long time,the signal strength error is kept within±10%;if the instrument is installed near the road and other places with a lot of dust,the signal strengtherror is more than±10%.Therefore,the lens needs to be cleaned and calibrated frequently.
