System design of digital vernier caliper based on eddy current sensor

摘要 基于电涡流式传感器的原理,使用CS16F505主控芯片,设计了一种数显游标卡尺的方案。首先,分析了市面上卡尺的功能和性能,有效测量长度150mm,测量分辨率0.01mm,需要进行低功耗设计;其次,介绍了数显游标卡尺硬件系统的组成与框图,分析了主控芯片资源,以及定栅和子板的设计;然后,重点介绍了基于MCU的软件设计,包括总框架设计和各个模块的设计;最后系统设计完成后进行测试,对多种长度进行测量,该卡尺方案可以达到0.03mm精度和0.01mm的分辨率,达到了预期效果。 Based on the principle of eddy current sensor,We use CS16f505 as the main control chip and design a system of digital display vernier caliper.We analyze the function and performance of the caliper on the market,and conclude that the effective measurement length is 150 mm and the measurement resolution is 0.01 mm.Also,the low power consumption design is needed.Then the paper introduces the composition and block diagram of the hardware system,analyzes its basic principle,the resources of CS16F505,and the design of fixed gate and sub board.Next,it focuses on the software design based on MCU,including the overall framework design and the design of each module.Finally,the system is tested after the completion,and a variety of lengths are measured.The caliper scheme can achieve the accuracy of 0.03 mm and the resolution of 0.01 mm.
