摘要
针对某黄金矿山氰渣特点,分别采用过氧化氢氧化法、因科法和降氰沉淀法对氰渣进行无害化处理试验研究。结果表明:过氧化氢氧化法对总氰化合物去除效果不明显,因科法和降氰沉淀法处理后的尾渣均可满足HJ 943—2018《黄金行业氰渣污染控制技术规范》中的尾矿库处置污染控制要求;综合考虑药剂成本和过程控制难易等因素,推荐采用降氰沉淀法进行无害化处理。该研究为氰渣无害化处理工程化应用提供参考。
According to the cyanide tailings characteristics in a gold mine,hydroperoxide oxidation method,INCO method,cyanide precipitation method are used respectively to carry out detoxification treatment of cyanide tailings.The results show that hydroperoxide method has little effect on the removal of total cyanide,while both INCO method and cyanide precipitation method can produce tailings that meet the requirement of HJ 943—2018 Technical Specification for Pollution Control of Cyanide Leaching Residue in Gold Industry for the pollution control of tailings pond disposal;with comprehensive considerations of reagent cost and process control difficulties,it is recommended that the cyanide precipitation method be used for the detoxification treatment.The research provides reference for industrial application of cyanide detoxification treatment.
