On the construction of social education volunteer team

社会教育志愿者队伍的作用主要表现在政治、经济、文化3个方面。针对社会教育志愿者队伍建设存在的问题,应加强公民文化建设,优化志愿服务社会环境;建立志愿服务“时间银行”,构建队伍建设新模式;完善激励与评价机制,促进志愿服务可持续发展;加强志愿者知识技能培训,提高志愿服务水平。

The role of social education volunteer team is mainly reflected in three aspects:politics,economy and culture.In view of the problems existing in the social education volunteer team construction,we should strengthen the construction of civic culture and optimize the social environment of voluntary service;establish a“time bank”for volunteer service to build a new model of team building;improve the incentive and evaluation mechanism to promote the sustainable development of volunteer service;strengthen the knowledge and skills training of volunteers to improve the level of voluntary service.
