摘要
2019年底美国眼科学会(AAO)发布了新版糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)临床指南(PPP)。光学相干层析血管成像(OCTA)被列入DR PPP中,成为AAO推荐的辅助检查之一。OCTA有助于DR的早期筛查、病情监测、治疗指导、疗效评价,甚至病理机制研究,正日益成为防治DR这一世界性难题的重要工具。
The American Association of Ophthalmology(AAO)published the new edition of the Preferred Practice Pattern(PPP)for diabetic retinopathy(DR)in 2019.For the first time,optical coherence tomography angiography(OCTA)was as among the recommended ancillary tests.OCTA can produce images of blood flow that have unprecedented resolution of all the vascular layers of the retina and choroid in a rapid,non-invasive fashion.This capability opens a wealth of possibilities for disease screening,description,quantification,and research into the pathophysiology of DR.OCTA plays an increasingly important part in prevention and treatment of DR.
