变应性鼻炎血清CD14水平及其与血清总免疫球蛋白E的关系 被引量:5

Serum CD14 level and its relationship with serum total immunoglobin E in patients with allergic rhinitis

摘要 目的观察分析变应性鼻炎(AR)患者血清CD14水平,探讨血清CD14水平对AR患者的临床意义。方法选择2018年7月~2019年6月我科收治的AR患者68例作为病例组,同时选择同期来自我院体检中心的健康体检者68例,测定2组人群的血清CD14和血清总免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平。结果AR患者的血清CD14水平显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。中至重度AR患者的血清CD14水平显著高于轻度患者(P<0.05)。AR患者血清CD14和总IgE水平存在显著正相关(r=0.73,P<0.001)。结论AR患者血清CD14水显著高于正常人群,并随着疾病的严重程度增加而升高,且与血清总IgE有关,在临床上有一定参考价值。 Objective To observe the serum CD14 level in patients with allergic rhinitis(AR),and to explore the clinical significance of serum CD14 level in patients with AR.Methods Sixty-eight patients with AR admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the AR group.Sixty-eight healthy subjects from the physical examination center were also selected as the control group.Serum CD14 and serum total immunoglobin E(IgE)levels were measured in the two groups.Results Serum CD14 levels were significantly higher in AR patients than those in healthy controls(P<0.05).In addition,serum CD14 levels were significantly higher in patients with moderate to severe AR than that in mild AR patients(P<0.05).Furthermore,there was a significant positive correlation between serum CD14 and total IgE levels in AR patients(r=0.73,P<0.001).Conclusions Serum CD14 level in patients with AR is significantly higher than that in the normal population,and it not only increases with the severity of the disease,but also is related to serum total IgE.Therefore,serum CD14 level can be used as a biomarker for clinical diagnosis of AR and to assess the severity of disease in AR patients.
