粘连性中耳炎的诊断和治疗进展

Advances in diagnosis and treatment of adhesive otitis media

粘连性中耳炎是各类中耳炎疾病中比较棘手的一类。由于中耳不张、鼓室内结构粘连等病变造成中耳结构活动障碍,致使听力下降,或者因内陷袋的形成导致反复感染或继发胆脂瘤,从而对患者的身体健康和生活质量产生很大影响,甚至可能会影响儿童患者语言能力的发育。目前对粘连性中耳炎的治疗策略没有达成共识,病情易反复,从而使患者长期遭受疾病困扰。本文主要围绕粘连性中耳炎的发病机制、诊断和治疗方案的相关进展做一综述。

Adhesive otitis media is a refractory kind of otitis media.Middle ear atelectasis and adhesion of the structure lead to the disturbance of the middle ear structure activity and hearing loss.The retraction pocket can cause recurrent infection and secondary cholesteatoma.All these situations have significant impact on patients′physical health and quality of life.The development of language ability can also be affected for child patients.At present,there is no consensus on the treatment strategy for adhesive otitis media.The relapse of infection and hearing loss may make the patients suffer the illness for a long term.Here we review the advances in the study of the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of adhesive otitis media.
