摘要
目的:探讨纳米非晶金刚石膜对氧化锆全瓷冠抗折强度的影响。方法:36个氧化锆全瓷冠复合体试件随机分为6组(n=6),其中5组试件的饰瓷表面在镀膜机中镀覆纳米非晶金刚石膜,膜的厚度分别为100nm、80nm、60nm、40nm、20nm,对照组不镀膜,测试各组试件的抗折强度值及观察全瓷冠的破裂情况。结果:镀膜后氧化锆全瓷冠的抗折强度分别是:100nm组为3108.7±298.4N、80nm组为3756.8±345.6N、60nm组为3891.6±350.2N、40nm组为3657.9±329.2N、20nm组为3082.3±313.7N,未镀膜组为2169.3±282.1N;镀膜组试件的破坏方式多为氧化锆饰面瓷内聚性破坏,部分为混合型破坏。结论:纳米非晶金刚石膜镀覆可使氧化锆全瓷冠的抗折强度显著增加,不同膜厚度组的抗折强度有差异;镀膜时选择40-80nm膜厚可以获得较高的抗折强度。
Objective:To investigate the effect of nanometer amorphous diamond film on flexural strength of ZrO2 all-ceramic crowns.Methods:Thirty-six ZrO2 all-ceramic crowns specimens were randomly divided into six groups(n=6).Five groups specimens were deposited nanometer amorphous diamond film and the thickness of the film were 100 nm,80 nm,60 nm,40 nm,20 nm,respectively.Specimens in the control group had not been deposited film.The flexural strength of specimens were measured and the fracture of all-ceramiccrownswere observed.Results:The flexural strength of group 100 nm,80 nm,60 nm,40 nm,20 nm and control groupwere 3108.7±298.4N,3756.8±345.6N,3891.6±350.2N,3657.9±329.2N,3082.3±313.7N,2169.3±282.1N respectively.The damage style of group in the depositive film were mostly cohesive damage.Conclusions:The flexural strength of ZrO2 all-ceramic crowns increase notably after they were deposited nanometer amorphous diamond film.It could get a higher flexural strength when the thickness of deposited film were 40~80 nm.
